- All custom print orders (e.g., photo enlargements, metal prints, giclée prints) are made to order and are non-refundable once production has begun.
- Please review proofs carefully before approval. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
- Turnaround times are estimated and may vary depending on the size or complexity of the job.
- For artwork purchases, availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders if artwork becomes unavailable.

3. Color Accuracy

While we strive for precise color reproduction, variations may occur due to screen differences or material characteristics. For color-critical work, we recommend requesting a printed proof.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- We offer both local pickup and shipping services.
- Shipping times and fees are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers.
- International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
- Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

5. Returns & Refunds

- Custom prints and artwork are final sale and non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
- If a return is approved for eligible items (e.g., in-stock merchandise), it must be initiated within 7 days of receipt and returned in original condition.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
